One generated AI response counts as one use from your monthly allowance. Opening the chat window, the welcome message and technical system messages do not reduce your allowance.

Before launch, we learn about your business and your offer, organise the information the assistant needs and prepare how it should communicate with your website visitors.
We then configure the assistant, test example conversations and give your business the opportunity to review and approve it before launch.

The most important work is understanding your business, organising the right information and preparing the assistant so that it can do more than simply answer questions. It should also help customers understand their options and make better-informed decisions.

What can affect the setup cost?
Not every business requires the same amount of preparation.

That’s why setup starts from £299. For larger or more complex implementations, we agree the scope and cost individually before any work begins.
Larger implementations
Large online store or extensive product catalogue?
The Start, Growth and Business plans are designed for standard implementations. An online store with thousands of products, frequently changing prices, live stock information or integrations with other systems requires a different approach.
In these situations, we prepare an individual quote and determine the best way to provide the assistant with accurate and up-to-date information.

How does the service work?
No. Access to the AI technology is included as part of the HelloByAI service.
The assistant stops generating additional AI responses until the beginning of the next billing period or until we agree a change to your plan.
No. Your allowance resets at the beginning of each new billing period.
Yes. If usage increases or decreases, you can move to a different plan.
Yes. The number of knowledge updates included each month depends on your selected plan.
